Released in the summer of 2015, "Music for My Friends" is a critically acclaimed concept album by Brooklyn lyricist Skyzoo, exploring life through the eyes of a 13-year-old growing up in his neighborhood. The project features standout guest appearances from Jadakiss, Black Thought, Bilal, and Elzhi, with production by Illmind, Thelonious Martin, and Seige Monstracity. It includes the blog smash single "Luxury" featuring a then-rising Westside Gunn-his first major appearance outside his own work-which became a staple on MTV Jams. In celebration of it's 10-year anniversary, Music for My Friends is being repressed with a limited edition obi-strip, along with exclusive color variants from HHV and Fat Beats.
