A Tribe Called Quest's landmark second album, The Low End Theory, brought jazz and hip-hop into extraordinary conversation. Originally released September 24, 1991, the album pairs deep basslines, crisp drums, and jazz-inflected production with the effortless chemistry of Q-Tip and Phife Dawg. Featuring enduring classics including “Check the Rhime,” “Jazz (We've Got)” and “Scenario,” The Low End Theory remains one of hip-hop's defining albums more than three decades after its release. This RSD Essentials LP is pressed on storm black swirl color vinyl.
